This programme not only equips me with professional legal knowledge but also enhances my analytical skills and comprehensive competence. These help me to develop a strong foundation for my further studies and future career. The lecturers’ teaching and sharing of experiences let me deeply understand the teaching content and know more about the legal profession.

The Higher Diploma for Legal Executives programme equipped me with comprehensive legal knowledge and practical research skills, which are necessary for a competent legal executive.

Although I have changed my career path from legal to medical field, the 2-year study at HPSHCC has prepared me well to face a much difficult challenge – studying a 6-year bachelor degree programme. I am thankful for what I have learnt from the programme which helped me to find my passion to study chinese medicine.

Studying the Higher Diploma for Legal Executives (HDLE) was a very important turning point in my life. Before I studied this programme I always thought legal studies is a field for the gifted or privileged students. The HDLE programme offered me the opportunity to enter the legal profession, even for students did not perform well in the public examination. Thanks to this programme, I am now studying a professional doctorate in law. The HDLE programme has reinstated my confidence and ignited my passion in serving the community as a legal professional. The courses provided me with the necessary skill sets and knowledge to work in the legal field. It is a great stepping stone for students seeking to pursue further legal studies or to enter the legal workforce. I would highly recommend the HDLE programme to anyone interested in studying law or starting a career in the legal profession.

After studying for two years, my legal knowledge and professional training had equipped me for further studies. I wanted to thank my family and Student Development Resources Centre for their support and encouragement in two fruitful years of study and all the great opportunities provided by the College.

This programme provided a valuable opportunity for me to understand the Hong Kong legal system and different areas of law. Its practical nature has equipped me with concrete legal knowledge to handle different cases during my internship in a local law firm. I have now benefited from a strong set of proficiencies in the legal field. Last but not least, I believe this programme also helped me to develop a logical mind-set and the communication skills I mastered are really helpful to my future studies.

Although I am currently studying Business-related programme, the professional legal knowledge that I acquired during my study at the College has been valuable. All the lecturers are experienced legal professionals with in depth legal expertise. The programme has equipped me well for the workforce. I treasure these 2 years of College study as it allowed me to meet many new and close friends.

I gained professional legal knowledge of different legal disciplines which turned into a strong knowledge foundation for my further study. Moreover, my critical thinking skills and also presentation skills were very much strengthened. My college life was especially memorable, as I met many good friends, with whom I would have a life-long friendship.

I am grateful for my time studying in the Higher Diploma for Legal Executives programme, which provided me with a solid academic foundation to pursue my tertiary legal studies. Excellent materials were provided by the College and subjects were attentively taught by professional lecturers. These made my studies easier and much efficient than expected. Further, lecturers are readily available whenever I wished to ask questions or, when I have doubts during revision. The general learning atmosphere was healthy and positive such that students collectively formed their study groups and I made many friends. There were plenty of reading and writing opportunities, such as legal writing classes that boosted my English proficiency. To sum up my experience I am delighted with my time here and it is really a wonderful post-secondary programme.

It was a valuable experience for me to study in the Higher Diploma for Legal Executives programme. Throughout the programme, I did acquire legal knowledge in different areas of law, which gave me a comprehensive picture of the legal system. Taking this programme, my critical thinking and presentation skills were greatly enhanced. I really enjoyed my time at the College and appreciated for all that our lecturers have given.

Studying in the Higher Diploma for Legal Executives programme was a great experience for me. My research and presentation skills have been improved a lot after taking this programme. I treasure the time at the College.

The HD for Legal Executives  programme is rewarding and challenging. I was given a wealth of opportunities to examine the real-world applications of legal knowledge. Under the well-designed curriculum, I mastered valuable research skills and examination techniques. My position as a class representative polished my outstanding communication and leadership skills. I was presented with the extremely prestigious Principal’s Honours List for two consecutive years and achieved HKSAR government’s scholarship. Last but not least, the programme gave me an excellent head start to my third year BSc in Information Management degree at The University of Hong Kong (HKU).

Under the HD for Legal Executives programme, I acquired a wide range of professional legal knowledge ranging from theoretical principles of law to real-world tools for legal practice in Hong Kong. After graduating from the programme, I believe my legal knowledge accumulated during the 2-year study has definitely given me a head start in life. This programme has been one of the greatest learning experiences in my life.
