College Part-time Lecturer (Discipline of Tourism and Hospitality) (Ref# TH/pt/24-01)
Major Duties
The appointees will be responsible for teaching courses in the discipline of tourism and hospitality, and performing teaching-related duties. Teaching will be conducted during day-time on weekdays. Subject areas include:
- Hotel: Front Office; Housekeeping; F&B; and Catering Management
- Tourism: Travel Agency Operations; Sustainable Tourism; Tourism Planning; Destination Management; Cross-cultural Issues
- Event: Event Planning and Event Operations
- Business and Management: Marketing; Human Resources; Organizational Behaviour; Consumer Behaviour; and Service Management
Requirements
Candidates should have a relevant Master’s degree, preferably a doctorate degree, with substantial teaching experience at post-secondary level.
