Temporary Admission Assistant (Ref# AA/2024-04)

Student Admissions Team

 

Major duties

The appointee will be required to:

- answer enquiries;

- process data entry and filing;

- handle admission applications and interview arrangements; and

- perform any administrative work in relation to promotion, admission and enrollment.

 

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

- at least a sub-degree qualification (a current sub-degree student is also considered);

- responsible, self-motivated and initiative;

- good communication and customer service skills;

- good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and

- strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, online applications).

 

Employment Period

June – August 2024 (2 – 2.5 months contract)

 

Working Hours

5.5 days (Monday through Friday, as well as alternate Saturday)

 

Monthly Salary

HK$10,000 – 13,000

 

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

The appointment is made on a temporary basis. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
