I chose this higher diploma programme as it provides a comprehensive curriculum on food science. With the help of the lecturers, I gained a solid foundation on food science. HPSHCC also organised company visits for students to gain a wider exposure. In short, HPSHCC offered a good learning environment for us to reach our dreams.
