Executive Assistant I (Several Posts) (Ref: EAI/ft/26-01)

Registry Services

 

Major Duties

The appointee will be required to:

- provide administrative support to wide range of registry services;

- provide secretariat support for committee meetings; 

- manage data, records and documents;

- coordinate events and activities;

- handle enquiries; and

- perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
 

 

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

- an Associate Degree or a Higher Diploma with at least 4 years of administrative work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of administrative work experience; or lower academic qualifications with extensive experience; 

- self-motivated, meticulous, responsible and independent as well as a team player; 

- good literacy in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; 

- good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill; and 

- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.

 

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
