Temporary Admission Assistant (Several Posts) (Ref# AA/2026-01)

Major duties

The appointee will be required to:

- process applications and admission data;
- coordinate admission applications and interview arrangements; 
- answer and follow up enquiries; and
- perform any administrative work in relation to promotion, admission, enrollment and student registration.

 

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

- at least a sub-degree qualification (current sub-degree/undergraduate students are considered); 
- responsible, self-motivated and initiative; 
- good communication and customer service skills; 
- good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
- strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, online applications).

 

Employment Period

Around three months, between late May and early September 2026

 

Working Hours

5 days per week (Monday to Friday), with one to two Saturdays required during the peak admission periods

 

Monthly Salary

HK$10,000 – 13,000

 

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

The appointment is made on a temporary basis. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
