Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance) (Ref: QA/ft/26-02) 

 

Major Duties

The appointee will be required to

- support the planning and implementation of the College's quality assurance (QA) policies, procedures, and activities;

- assist in the coordination of external QA exercises;

- support the preparation of accreditation submissions, self-evaluation reports, regulatory returns, and management reports;

- compile and analyse QA data and maintain institutional evidence to support quality enhancement and decision-making;

- provide secretariat support to committees, working groups, and review panels; and

- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

- a recognized degree;

- at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in higher education, QA, academic administration, or a related field;

- knowledge of the higher education QA and regulatory framework in Hong Kong;

- experience in preparing accreditation submissions, regulatory reports, or self-evaluation documents preferred;

- good communication, organizational, and project coordination skills;

- very good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and

- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Artificial Intelligent and data analysis tools.

 

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
