The main objective of this study tour is to enhance students’ knowledge of the indigenous tribal communities of Taiwan. Students cultivated an in-depth understanding of the Bunun indigenous people (布農族) through staying in their village and have an intensive interaction with people in this village. Also, students visited the coffee farm run by the Bunun indigenous people and learned the artisan coffee production process.
