Application Methods
1. Applying through E-APP (for current HKDSE candidates only)
Applicants taking the 2025 HKDSE can submit an application via the Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes (E-APP).
- Main Round: 5 December 2024 - 20 May 2025
- Second Round: 23 May 2025 - 7 July 2025
Application procedures:
Step 1
Log into E-APP and submit your application.
Step 2
Click a personal link in your confirmation email to confirm your programme choices and settle the application fee. (The confirmation email shall be sent to you within 3 working days after you have submitted the E-APP application.)
You can choose one of the payment methods to settle the application fee:

- WeChat Pay
- Faster Payment System (FPS)
To pay by PPS by Internet, you must have a PPS account and a PPS Internet Password. Please go to PPS website for enquiry about opening a PPS account or setting up a PPS Internet password.
Payment can also be settled at any HKU SPACE Enrolment Centre, please visit Enrolment Centres for the addresses and opening hours. You should bring a printed copy of “Payment Slip” and provide it to the staff for making payment.
Step 3
After paying your application fee online, you will get a payment confirmation email shortly. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox. If you pay the application fee at a HKU SPACE Enrolment Centre in person, the staff will provide a payment receipt to you on the spot.
2. Applying Online

Remarks: This Online Application System is not applicable to former or existing students of HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College (HPSHCC) or HKU SPACE Community College. Those who wish to apply for admission to any HPSHCC programmes, please contact us at 3923 7000 or approach to 18/F, HPSHCC Campus for details.
3. Joining Admission Days (Online or in-person)
Local applicants can submit an application via "Admission e-Flow System" during the admission days.

(It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to present valid identification documents to prove their identity. The College reserves the right to revoke the student registration status, should the student fails to present valid identification document upon request of the College.)

Notes:
- Application Process: Each application will be considered carefully. Applicant may be invited to attend an interview and / or a written test during the selection period.
- For each application, applicant may select a maximum of 2 or 3 programmes and indicate his / her preference on the application form. Applicant will receive only one offer from the same application if the application is successful.
- If the programme is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseeable circumstances, applicant can request a refund or may be considered for admission to another programme, subject to his / her meeting the minimum entry requirements and the availability of place in that programme.
- If applicant submits more than one application and receives more than one offer, he / she can enroll and pay the registration / tuition fee for ONE programme only.
