Dr. Stephen Lee, the Chief Chemist of the Food Testing Centre visited our College and gave a talk to students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme on Feb 17 2012. Dr. Lee introduced a wide range of food testing services in Hong Kong and the career prospects in the field of food testing.
