Seminar on "From Morning Blood Pressure to Customer Relationship Management"
Mr. Norman Ng Lok-man, Marketing Director of Pfizer Hong Kong, presented a seminar to the students of this programme on 19 March 2014 at the College. Mr. Ng introduced to the audience the most updated customer relationship management strategy in Pfizer. He also took the patients’ morning blood pressure check-up in Pfizer Wellness Centre as an example for further elaboration of the strategy.
