Year 2 students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme visited Calbee Hong Kong Factory in Tseung Kwan O on 28 Oct 2013. The staff of guided tour introduced the production process of potato chips and other snacks to our students. Students also had a chance to visit the storage area of fresh potatoes and packaging production line in the factory. All students enjoyed the visit.
