On 30 January 2013, students and lecturers from the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme visited HK Garden Farm which is an organic farm associated with the Hong Kong Organic Agriculture & Ecological Research Association and Hong Kong Organic Certification Center. On that day, they had valuable chance to join a guided visit on various vegetable plots and understand organic farming techniques. Our students also had the opportunity to experience organic farming on their own. They all had a fruitful experience.
