Programmes

The students of Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Higher Diploma in Hotel Management had the opportunity to visit two prestigious hotels, The Murray, Hong Kong and Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, on 24 Oct 2023 and 27 March 2024 respectively. During these hotel tours, the students had the privilege of exploring various facilities within the hotels, including some function rooms and exquisite deluxe guest rooms, while also gaining insight into the exceptionally high service standards maintained by these hotels. Moreover, it was a great honor for us to have the hotel representatives share their invaluable experiences with the students.
