Cooking Competition Held by the Hong Kong Food Science and Technology Association

Some students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme took part in the Cooking Competition held by the Hong Kong Food Science and Technology Association on 26 Aug 2012. Participants had to take nutrition and low carbon cooking methods into consideration when designing the dishes. In the end, the the College team received the Overall Championship and also the "Most Innovative" prize.
