Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme collaborates with "Feeding Hong Kong", a food bank, to make festive treats including fruit jams and pickling for the needy to celebrate the Christmas. Our students had a valuable opportunity to take part in the activity. They gained unique and fun cooking experience and contributed to food parceling for the poor.
