This study tour is organised for students who are studying the Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management at HPSHCC. The students visited three major universities in Macau, where they acquired professional knowledge and hands-on skills germane to gastronomy, food and wine pairing techniques, as well as gaming industry operation and practices. While the excursion in Zhuhai enlightens the students’ horizons about the city’s prominent attractions and the recent development of its tourism industry. All the students rejoice very much in this beyond-the-classroom learning experience.
