In October 2014, Ms. Selina Khor, a Senior Registered Dietitian, visited to our campus to share healthy cooking tips with students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme. Ms. Khor is an experienced retried dietitian and has been worked under the hospital authority for many years. In this workshop, she demonstrated several creative high fiber snacks. The cooking class was inspiring and full of fun. It was a valuable opportunity for our student to meet with experienced dietitian and to learn the technique in merging nutrition with great taste.
