The 1st quarter awards presentation ceremony of the Outstanding Junior Athletes Awards (OJAA) 2024 was held on 27 June 2024 to  acknowledge the achievements of 23 young athletes. Li Hiu Ching, a student from HPSHCC's Higher Diploma in Sport Coaching and Sport Performance programme, was awarded "Outstanding Junior Athletes Awards (OJAA)" title.

The event was organised by the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI), title sponsored by Shine Tak Foundation, sponsored by the Sports for Hope Foundation (SFHF) and supported by the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) and the Hong Kong Sports Press Association (HKSPA). This programme aims to recognise outstanding sports achievements of local talented young athletes on a quarterly basis and encourage athletes to strive for excellence.
