A group of students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme visited the Hung Fook Tong Herbal Tea Cultural Museum in Tusen Wan. The staff gave a guided tour, introducing the history and production process of different herbal tea products. From the site visit, students have acquired a lot of new and interesting knowledge about Chinese herbal tea.
