Assistant Manager (Ref: RS/ft/26-01)

Major Duties

The appointee will be required to

- administer a range of student recruitment activities and related operations;

- provide operational guidance, supervision and coaching to staff on admissions processing and related matters;

- process, maintain and analyse admissions data, records and documents;

- prepare admissions reports, statistics, meeting papers and other documents to support monitoring, planning and decision-making;

- liaise with various units on admissions-related matters, and support the handling of enquiries and cases requiring follow-up; and

- perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

 

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

- a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of administrative work experience, preferably in student recruitment or related areas;

- self-motivated, meticulous, responsible and independent as well as a team player; 

- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Artificial Intelligent;

- good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; and

- very good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.

 

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
