Executive Assistant II (Ref: EAII/ft/26-03)

Major Duties

The appointee will be required to:

- provide administrative support to student admissions and related operations;

- support College engagement and outreach activities and meetings;

- provide design support for the production of promotional materials;

- answer and follow up on enquiries; and

- perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
 

 

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

- at least five passes in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;

- self-motivated, meticulous, responsible and independent as well as a team player; 

- good literacy in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; 

- good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill;

- good knowledge of design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop, being an advantage; and 

- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.

 

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
