The two years I spent at HPSHCC provided me with everything I needed to further my studies. In addition to imparting professional knowledge, the Higher Diploma in Tourism and Events Management also taught me practical skills that have come in handy during my internship.
I was fortunate to participate in the Oxford study tour organized by the College, which further improved my English ability and understanding of British culture, thus contributing to the development of my future career.
I would like to express my gratitude to the patient lecturers who always lend a helping hand whenever I faced any learning problems. Additionally, I would like to thank the College for enabling me to discover my goals.

I am very thankful that the college provides a good learning environment and various resources that help me understand the tourism and events industry better, as well as help me find my interests. Also, it's my pleasure to have participated in the internship and several study tours, such as the Chiang Mai Service Trip and Oxford English Study Tour, which have broadened my horizons and pushed me out of my comfort zone. Through these valuable experiences, I have been able to explore other sides of the world and discover more about myself. I believe it's important to work hard and play hard. I hope all of you can find your goals, be brave to try new things, and enjoy the college life and activities!

Studying at HPSHCC for the past two years has been a turning point in my life as I have the second opportunity to get into university. People always say, ‘play hard, work hard’, which fully describes my study life. The programme curriculum covered tourism industry and events management. I had a deeper understanding about planning and managing events, which can prepare myself to further acquire knowledge in the events industry as my future career.
At HPSHCC, there are lots of extra-curricular activities that allow students to learn outside the classroom, and I also had a chance to make friends. I am also thankful to the lecturers and counsellors of SDRC who always gave me useful advice and support on achieving my goal.

My two-year college life was relaxing and colourful. Apart learning and studying, I had spare time to participate in various placement opportunities provided by the College. With less pressure, my interest in learning is rekindled. I "transformed" from a student who scored 18 points in HKDSE and tired of learning, to someone who received scholarships and has been able to study the desired programme in the university. I am glad that I made a right choice to study at HPSHCC.
