Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Product Management Programme honourably collaborated with Taiwan Tajen University to organise a learning tour for 16 students in July 2016. Students were given lectures and laboratory practices on pharmacy skills, manufacturing of chinese and western medicine, chemical and food testing.
Students also visited pharmaceutical companies and hospitals including Joben Bio-medical Co. Ltd, Timing Pharmaceutical Cooperation, Kaohsiung City Pharmacists Association, Panbiotic Labortories, Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital and Kaoshing Veterans General Hospital (Ping Tung Branch). These visits allowed the students to understandmore on the development of pharmaceutical industry and medical services in Taiwan, which inspired them during the selection processes of further studies or careers.
