Students of the Higher Diploma programmes in Hotel Management (HM) and Tourism & Hospitality Management (THM) participated in Cocktail Making Workshops organised by Flair Iron Studio. Students were excited to have a chance to make two cocktail drinks; one of which created by themselves according to their favourite taste! They could also gain more understanding about bartending profession in the hotel industry.
