Students of Higher Diploma programme in Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) participated a field trip to visit the Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark in Tung Ping Chau. It is an honour to have our College Principal, Professor CHAN Lung Sang to lead the field study. With Professor Chan’s in-depth knowledge and expertise about geology and his vivid introduction, the THM students have learned so much about the sustainable development of eco-tourism in Hong Kong.
