Programmes
A 6-day study tour to Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe for students of Higher Diploma programme in Nutrition and Food Management and Higher Diploma programme in Food Health and Business Management was held in June 2018. Programme specific out-of-classroom learning activities such as Japanese cooking experience and tea appreciation sessions were arranged. Students also visited the local food markets, dairy product production plant, cup noodle museum. The whole trip was a great learning experience to the students.
