24 students of Higher Diploman programme in Tourism and Events Management were arranged to work in different positions (such as green ambassadors, ushers and entrance checker leaders) at the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2018. Through first-hand experience, the students learned a lot about the organisation and operation of a large event for the Hong Kong public.
