Year 2 students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme attended a seminar conducted by the staff from Memorial University (Canada). Mr. Edward Durnford, Instructor and Chair of Food Programs and Ms. Echo Pittman, International Student Coordinator, visited our campus and gave a talk with detailed information on the programmes of Bachelor of Technology and Advanced Diploma in Food Safety.
