In 2013, Danny Catering Service offered our students an opportunity for a summer internship. Students were assigned to work in the department of “Product Research and Development” and were responsible for reporting to the nutritionist and marketing manager. Our students were able to apply what they have learnt into real world practice, including implementation of product development and marketing plans, quality assurance and quality control.
