A seminar about Pharmacy Education in Australia that organised by the Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management programme and Student Development Resource Centre was conducted on 9 May 2011.
We are honoured to have Professor Kenneth Raymond as the speaker, who is currently a Visiting Professor appointed by HKU to provide expertise on the development of a new Bachelor of Pharmacy programme.
Introduction of the Seminar
Professor Raymond’s presentation introduced to the audience the current pharmacy education system in Australia so that our graduates could prepare themselves in advance for pursuing a Pharmacy related degree in Australia.
The audience learned about the last situation in Asia-Pacific Region with regard to pharmacy education and/or career pathways.
