The Barista Workshops were conducted on 2nd and 9th February 2026 for Tourism and Hospitality Management and Hospitality Management students.
The barista workshop was designed for students enrolled in these programmes at HPSHCC, with the aim of enhancing their coffee knowledge and barista skills. During the workshop, students learn essential brewing techniques, proper use of coffee equipment, espresso preparation, and basic café management concepts. The hands-on sessions also allow students to practise milk texturing and create their own latte art, providing them with valuable industry-relevant experience.
