Year 2 students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme visited Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Ltd. on 17 Nov and 24 Nov 2012. Production Training and Development Manager, Dr. Bobby Shum and Production Chef, Mr. Louis Pang introduced the production line of airline catering. It was a valuable experience for our students to visit the whole production line which broadened their horizons.
