Year 1 students of the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme visited Dongguan Continental Foods Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Cafe de Coral Holdings Ltd. on 22 Jan 2013. The staff introduced the food production process of dim sum and gave them opportunity to observe the production line as well as arranged a tasting session. It was a precious experience for our students to visit the food production facilities outside Hong Kong.
