Students, lecturers and staff from the Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme and Food Health and Business Management visited Luk Yau Yau organic farm which is located at Ha Pak Nai in Yuen Long on 5 January 2018. Mr Chan, the owner of the organic farm, gave a lively introduction on organic farming technique to all visitors. We were also able to harvest various gourmet vegetables. It was a valuable learning experience. After the visit, students, lecturers and staff enjoyed barbeque together under the serene environment in Ha Pak Nai.
