Application Methods
1. Applying Online
Applicants can submit an application via the HKU SPACE Online Application System.

Step 2
Choose one of the payment methods to pay the application fee
- Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard)
- PPS by Internet
- Alipay
- WeChat Pay
- Faster Payment System (FPS)
To pay by PPS by Internet, you must have a PPS account and a PPS Internet Password. Please go to PPS website for enquiry about opening a PPS account or setting up a PPS Internet password.
Payment can also be settled at any HKU SPACE Enrolment Centre, please visit Enrolment Centres for the addresses and opening hours. You should bring a printed copy of “Payment Slip” and provide it to the staff for making payment.
If your payment is interrupted halfway, please apply via the HKU SPACE Online Application System again after 60 minutes.
Step 3
After paying your application fee online, you will get a payment confirmation email with a payment reference number shortly. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox. If you pay the application fee at a HKU SPACE Enrolment Centre in person, the staff will provide a payment receipt to you on the spot.
Remarks: This Online Application System is not applicable to former or existing students of HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College (HPSHCC) or HKU SPACE Community College. Those who wish to apply for admission to any HPSHCC programmes, please contact us at 3923 7000 or approach to 18/F, HPSHCC Campus for details.

(It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to present valid identification documents to prove their identity. The College reserves the right to revoke an application, an offer of admission and student registration status, should the student fail to present valid identification document upon request of the College, and any fees paid will be forfeited.)
Applicants must not offer advantages to College staff in relation to their admission applications. Otherwise, they may commit an offence under the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance in Hong Kong. Notes:
- Application Process: Each application will be considered carefully. Applicant may be invited to attend an interview and / or a written test during the selection period.
- For each application, applicant may select a maximum of 2 or 3 programmes and indicate his / her preference on the application form. Applicant will receive only one offer from the same application if the application is successful.
- If the programme is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseeable circumstances, applicant can request a refund or may be considered for admission to another programme, subject to his / her meeting the minimum entry requirements and the availability of place in that programme.
- If applicant submits more than one application and receives more than one offer, he / she can enroll and pay the registration / tuition fee for ONE programme only.
