Visit dates: 29,30 Oct and 4, 7,10 Nov 2015
The students of Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Higher Diploma of Hotel Management had paid visit to four luxury hotels including The Peninsula, The Mandarin Oriental, The Langham, and Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui on 29 & 30 Oct, 4, 7 & 10 Nov 2015. During the hotel tours, students learnt about the application of high-tech facilities on guest room management as well as back-of-the-house operations. In addition, we were honored to have the Learning and Development Directors of these hotels to share their valuable experience with the students.
