College Life

Thanks HPSHCC for providing me with a great learning environment in the past two years. Throughout my two years of study, I have gained valuable laboratory experience and knowledge in experiments from our passionate lecturers. Their patience also deepened my understanding of food safety which can well equip me for my further studies.

It is the right decision to study at HPSHCC in these two years because the College provides a good environment for us to focus on our studies. Also, the academic support from the lecturers and staff helps us understand more about our future career paths or further studies. The College is also equipped with the latest equipment for us to conduct experiments related to food and nutrition. I really enjoyed my time at HPSHCC.

The programme curriculum focuses on application. We learn how to apply theory to practical situations through in-class exercises. The lecturers at the College are very attentive. They are very willing to answer our questions and provide their professional insights to increase students' learning interest. The skills I learned here can also be applied in my studies at the university. Finally, I hope that students who are interested in taking this programme will seize the opportunity. Apart from seeking advice from lecturers, you can also participate in some technological activities and exhibitions to broaden your horizons.

The Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management not only solidified my understanding in health sciences, but also provided me with in-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations and the work of various healthcare professionals, particularly pharmacists, through the learning of pharmaceutical skills. The College also provided support in various aspects, such as academics and psychology. Over the past two years, I have benefited greatly from this course. I am very grateful for the support of all the lecturers, who has helped me clarify my direction and successfully progress to my favourite Bachelor Degree Programme.

Studying the Higher Diploma in Business Management program at HPSHCC has ushered in an exciting new phase of my educational journey. This renowned curriculum equipped me with valuable knowledge and skills. Throughout my time here, I have not only acquired technical expertise in handling HR responsibilities but also developed essential soft skills related to effective management. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my lecturers and the SDRC for their unwavering support and encouragement along the way.

In the past two years at HPSHCC, I have learned a lot about sport and recreation management through the Higher Diploma. There was also internship opportunity, allowing me to reinforce and apply the knowledge I learned in class which equipped me for my future study and career. I am grateful to the supportive classmates and the passionate lecturers who have provided tireless guidance in my academic development. My gratitude also goes to the College, where gave me courage to chase my dreams.

The two years I spent at HPSHCC provided me with everything I needed to further my studies. In addition to imparting professional knowledge, the Higher Diploma in Tourism and Events Management also taught me practical skills that have come in handy during my internship.

I was fortunate to participate in the Oxford study tour organized by the College, which further improved my English ability and understanding of British culture, thus contributing to the development of my future career.

I would like to express my gratitude to the patient lecturers who always lend a helping hand whenever I faced any learning problems. Additionally, I would like to thank the College for enabling me to discover my goals.

After two years of study, I have learned the basic knowledge of biology and pharmacy from the Higher Diploma in Medical and Healthcare Products Management, which enables me to apply what I have learned in my daily life, thus strengthening my basic understanding of medical care. Through the tutor's careful explanation, the complex medical theories in the books became more understandable, which made me interested in nursing and helped to develop my future development in the medical industry.

In the past two years, the College has organised many non-curricular activities, allowing us to relieve stress. During exam periods, the College also supports students in many ways. At the same time, the College and lecturers provide various opportunities for students, such as internships and overseas exchange programmes. I have participated in both and have benefited a lot from them. I am a curious person who always asks questions, and lecturers always answer my questions patiently. With their help, I have achieved good academic results. Before I started my studies here, I was worried about how to get along with my classmates. Later, I found that classmates are willing to encourage each other and study together, enabling us to start our Bachelor studies together! I would like to thank the lecturers and the Student Development Resource Centre. I have really enjoyed my studies throughout these two years!

Hope you leave HPSHCC smiling although you entered with tears. Maybe the chosen subjects may not be your most desired one, but hopefully you will be eligible to choose what you want after two years. Dear students, HPSHCC may not be your favourable choice after the public exam, but what these courses will help you step into is often beyond your imagination. Enjoy the opportunity, focus on yourself, overcome obstacles and reach more milestone. Most importantly, find out your strengths and weaknesses, also studying buddies are essential to you! Stay humble and keep your passion persistently!

My time at HPSHCC has been a fantastic journey full of meaningful and interesting experiences. I was quick to grow a sense of belonging shortly after starting my studies on campus along with making new friends. Although there were some bumps, the College provided a lot of resources for students to overcome any difficulties they face with their emotions or studies. Apart from this, the Psychology programme equipped students with sufficient and relevant knowledge that only assisted them in their academics, but also in their lives. I am forever grateful that HPSHCC has given me a second chance to pursue my dreams to study in university and the opportunity to connect and meet new people.
