College Life

We were taught of knowledge and techniques about medical industry and have had opportunities to apply the knowledge during internship and our daily life. The 2-year study of this HD programme was a fruitful experience. Teachers gave us a lot of advice on our study and career prospect. I am grateful to all of their support and encouragement.

This program covers two areas: Sports and Management. It provides professional sports knowledge and contributesto athletic performance. Moreover, it helps us to understand the sports industry comprehensively and the professional management knowledge for the future. Besides, I am a student ambassador and a soccer player in the University of Hong Kong. Apart from increasingmy self-confidence and broadeningmy social circles, HPSHCCgreatly increasesmy chance to enter the university. My friends, SRM at HPSHCCis your best choice!

Through studying the Higher Diploma Program at this college, I have done a lot of business-oriented activities which helped me get into university and study my favorite subject. The teachers at this college are patient and willing to answer our questions about future career and academic aspects. Not only does this college focus on students' academic result, but it also concentrates on our extra-curricular activities. This college provides various types of internships and competitions periodically to assist students' all round development.

Although I was not admitted to the local university due to my unsatisfactory HKDSE result in 2014, I eventually received conditional offers from two local universities after my completion of the Higher Dipolma in Medical and Health Products Management (MHPM). This 2-year HD programme taught me lots of useful medical knowledge like Anatonmy, Physiology and Microbiology. I also met good friends and great lecturers who are professional and always prepare well for every lecture. So, if you are interested in Medical and Health field, try this programme. I am glad that I can be a member of MHPM.

It has been a splendid journey to study at this College. Apart from acquiring knowledge that would form a firm foundation for my further studies, I’ve also taken part in various College activities like the Student Ambassador programme and the study tour. Over the past two years, I realised the importance of goal setting and I’ve tried to step out of the comfort zone.

This programme not only equips me with professional legal knowledge but also enhances my analytical skills and comprehensive competence. These help me to develop a strong foundation for my further studies and future career. The lecturers’ teaching and sharing of experiences let me deeply understand the teaching content and know more about the legal profession.

Two years before, DSE Chinese Language was a stumbling block to me. However, it won’t hinder me from chasing my dream, because HPSHCC opened up another way for me to enter. This programme didnot only teachstudents the knowledge of sports and recreational management, but also provided us opportunities to work in a real organisation, where we can apply our learning to the real situation.
