課程內容設計完善，涵蓋通識教育的不同學科、社會科學的基礎知識及專業的心理學知識，打下穩固的學術基礎，升學時有更多選擇。書院與中學截然不同的學習模式及氣氛，令我明白到學習不一定是嚴肅和苦悶的。去年暑假，獲頒發學術交流獎學金，到了英國修讀英國牛津大學轄下的英語教師課程，體驗到很多新奇的事物，獲益良多。

The two years at the College is the most enjoyable and fruitful experience I have ever had! The programme in Nutrition and Food Management has provided me broad-based knowledge as well as in-depth understandings in topics related to heath and science, which serves as a good foundation for my university study. Apart from classroom learning, the College also arranged visits to food premises such as LSG Sky Chef and Lee Kum Kee factory, where I could apply the theories learned in lectures to real life. I also had a lot of fun joining various school activities such as O-Camp, Singing Contest and High Table Dinner in HKU.

Having studied the Higher Diploma for Legal Executives for two years, I would absolutely recommend students pick this programme. From those compulsory generic subjects, to core law subjects all of them have been very practically orientated. These course arrangements has allowed me to learn a wide range of different laws, but has also expose me to the practical use of law in the real world. To reiterate, I really enjoyed studying this programme and I do think that legal knowledge can benefit our whole lives, as law exists everywhere.

高考成績公佈後，得知自己的成績未如理想，於是選擇了報讀醫療及保健產品管理高級文憑。這個課程為我將來升學打好了基礎，講師樂意解答我們的問題，提供協助。除此之外，課程所教授的內容非常實用，我從二年級的課堂中學習了很多關於藥的知識和配藥技能，無論對就業或在日常生活上都有很大的幫助。憑著就讀高級文憑的成績，我能夠選擇自己喜歡的大學學科，成功升讀大學。

我在中學時修讀理科，與一般純理科目相比，營養學比較貼近日常生活。加上今時今日愈來愈多人關注健康生活，將來求職就業也更有優勢。至於選擇高級文憑的原因是這個課程專科比例較高，能提供較深入的專業知識；另外，課程與多間英國大學有銜接，有利將來升學。過去一年，透過一連串實習及實驗課，我學會了如何將書本理論付諸實踐，例如我們曾參與一次以低碳飲食及生活為主題的外展服務實習，不但獲得籌備活動的經驗，亦認識了多位資深的社區營養師，得到很多寶貴的意見和經驗分享。

“Like everyone else I wanted to go to the university, but it was a huge disappointment two years ago when I learned that my A-level results did not live up to the expectation. However, it is never too late to give yourself a second chance, and I am offering you a path now to the universities, and for those who can demonstrate the determination and are willing to work hard on their aspirations -- studying at the College.
Lecturers not only provide us with knowledge from the textbook but also they are all professional who like to share their personal experiences with us. They make studying more interesting here and certainly it allows me to get the hang of those conceptual theories. Let’s not forget the 5-star environment it offers as it helps motivate all the students to work harder. These are the qualities that only the College can offer, and I am sure that this is the right place for you to start a new page here.
