It has been quite an interesting journey over the past two years. I’ve met and encountered many different people during this time, growing not only academically but also socially and mentally.
Learning new things almost every day, with the exception of some previously learned information from secondary school, has made my time at HPSHCC engaging. The fun laboratory sessions, which allowed us to understand the science of food through hands-on experiments, further enriched my experience.
In the final semester, self-discipline has become one of the most important qualities, as I constantly remind myself that I am only near the finish line. Crossing this finish line also marks the beginning of a new race — a fresh beginning after graduating from here.
