College Life

At the beginning of my first year of study at HPSHCC, I was frustrated and anxious of meeting new classmates, maintaining good grades, and adapting to a new school life. Little did I know that I have spent two of the most fruitful years at HPSHCC with the help from my peers and teachers. They provided me with useful advice, resources, and most importantly, encouragement. Though it is a pity that I finished my college studies under the pandemic, I am more than grateful for the special and unforgettable experience.

I am glad to be part of HPSHCC and happy to receive an offer from my desired university programme. Life of post-secondary education is vibrant and fun. If you are outgoing, you can make a lot of new friends. If you are an introverted person like me, don't worry, you can focus on studies. When you are understressed, you can do something you like to relax. Don’t be shy to seek help and advice from the lecturers when you have a problem. They are always willing to help.

I enjoyed studying at HPSHCC for the past two years. The MHPM programme equipped me with useful knowledge related to medical and science such as Drugs, Pathophysiology, Anatomy and Microbiology. Moreover, my technical skills of pharmacy and nursing are enhanced by practical lectures. Besides, the College staff and lecturers are very kind and helpful. Therefore, I am grateful for all their support to fulfill my dream of being a competent nurse. If your HKDSE result is far beyond satisfaction, trust yourself, everything could be possible.

HPSHCC has provided students with abundant support and opportunities despite the pandemic. Lecturers and staff are patient and helpful. They gave me guidance and advice for my studies and NON-JUPAS application. I had an enjoyable experience studying at HPSHCC.

I am grateful for having this opportunity to continue my post-secondary education at HPSHCC. Lecturers of HPSHCC are enthusiastic in teaching. They provided me with excellent support and guidance throughout the journey. This two-year Business Management programme has offered me advanced business-related insights and prepared me for university education and career development.

Big thanks to all lecturers and student counsellors of HPSHCC. Throughout the past 2 years, we did not have much chance to meet in-person owing to pandemic; lecturers still paid much effort on online teaching and reviewing our learning progress. We were given enough time to finish our assignments. We built a solid foundation and I am confident to continue my journey in the university. 

I am thankful to all lecturers and student counsellors of HPSHCC. They gave me useful opinions on my further studies. I am now clear about my goals.

These two years were fruitful and memorable. I have acquired the concepts and knowledge regarding the tourism and hospitality industry. The six-month job placement has further equipped me with practical skills. Lecturers are kind and patient. Whenever I had encountered any difficulties, they were willing to help me out. I was always motivated to learn. I am gratified to study at HPSHCC.

“When there is a will, there is a way”. The Higher Diploma programme in Medical and Health Product Management (MHPM) is a place where I can reach my unfulfilled potential and realize my dream of studying at a local university. Throughout my time at HPSHCC, I have been supported by passionate instructors who are always helpful. I have been surrounded by fellows who strike for self-improvement. I am thankful for studying here this year and I would like to express my gratitude to my MHPM instructors. Their kindness and support meant a lot to me.

This Higher Diploma programme in Medical and Health Products Management has given me a second chance to enter the university. The College provided me with a fundamental study of medical knowledge. The College focuses on students’ development which creates good study paths for students. Lecturers were helpful. I really appreciate the resources offered by this college. I would not be able to enrol in CUHK pharmacy without lecturers’ help.

The cordial lecturers led me to a meaningful and successful journey which was very helpful for me. They did not only teach me with the basic knowledge for further study, but have also given me a strong drive to learn more. I believe what I have learnt can be put into good use in the future.

The Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management taught me a lot of medical knowledge, from medical and laboratory equipment, natural health products to anatomy. These helped me to build a solid foundation in my studies and prepared myself for career development. The lecturers were willing to help me in solving the problems in my studies. They taught me patiently and advised me on further studies and career. This programme also allowed me to join a summer internship at the Hong Kong Hospital Authority and to participate in a study tour to Taichung Chung Shan Medical University Hospital. I now have a better understanding about hospital operation, duties of a nurse and the daily works at the Department of Pharmacy and Clinical Laboratory. These experiences are invaluable to my future career.
