Studying at HPSHCC for the past two years has been a significant milestone in my life as I am strengthened holistically.
The programme has provided me a solid foundation in psychology and academic research. Besides, the learning atmosphere at HPSHCC is positive. If you are able to find friends who share similar goals as in achieving good results, you would be more motivated and discover that time passes real quick.
I was also exposed to different learning opportunities from extracurricular activities such as participating in the college volunteering team for ex-mentally impaired people. I have learned more about their needs mentally, which allowed me to investigate in those areas further.

During my two years of studies in the Higher Diploma programme in Medical and Health Products Management, I learnt different areas of basic medical knowledge such as pharmacology, human anatomy and physiology, etc. This knowledge helped me to have a better preparation for my further studies in the medical field. Apart from academic knowledge, the programme also offered different kinds of internship. Last year, I joined an internship at Queensland University of Technology in Australia. This internship experience helped me to understand the current healthcare system in Australia and further consolidate my medical knowledge.

With unsatisfactory HKDSE results, I couldn't enter the university two years ago. Based on my own abilities, I chose to study at HPSHCC. The AD programme provided comprehensive curriculum, not only communication, public relations and journalism, but also sociology and psychology. Therefore, I became clear of my direction and goals, that helped me to select the university programme I like most. If you believe in yourself, do not worry - you can also pursue your dreams some day.

My friend referred me to study HD in MHPM. This course has provided students with a lot of overseas exchange opportunities and internships. I have a good understanding of the characteristics of various medical industries and chose a direction that suits me. In addition, the lecturers have influenced me a lot. All of them were enthusiastic and patient to teach us. As long as you want to know the information on further studies, they will patiently give you the answers and even provide personal opinions for your reference. Although the past two years have not been easy, I felt fulfilled and worthwhile to spend my 2 years at HPSHCC.

I feel immense gratitude to the Higher Diploma programme in Medical and Health Products Management during the two years study. The programme covers a variety of medical related courses like Microbiology and Professional Skills in Pharmacy, which allow me to have a basic concept on my possible further studies. The courses are practical and intellectual, they include laboratory classes and lectures. Apart from in-class learning, this programme provides us with lots of internship opportunities. Last year, I joined the Internship of The Nursing School of Shenzhen University. I had learned the nursing skills and some basic theories. To be worth mentioning, the lecturers are very professional and willing to answer all of our questions regarding the lectures or our further studies. Overall, I have a fulfilling college life at HSPSHCC.

As I did not perform satisfactorily in HKDSE, I was puzzled and frustrated as going to the university was the ultimate goal that I have been striving hard for throughout my secondary school life. After talking to my friends and teachers in my school, I applied for the Higher Diploma programme in Tourism and Hospitality Management offered by HPSHCC. The two years of studies in HPSHCC enriched my academic knowledge as well as work experience. I really appreciated the lecturers who gave us a helping hand whenever we faced a problem, academically or any other issues. It is definitely a life-changing experience studying in HPSHCC.
